Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SQRISE website and your purchase of digital game content through SQRISE. “SQRISE” is the brand of Dalian Zhengfangxing Information Technology Co., Ltd.（大连正方兴信息技术有限公司）(“we”, “us”), a game commerce company based in Dalian, China, operating since 2020. Our business details are published on the Contact page and in the site footer.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Fulfillment Policy, which form part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You may purchase from SQRISE only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, or use the service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order, including the player ID and region to which content should be delivered.

3. What we sell

SQRISE sells digital game content, including top-ups delivered to a game account identified by a player ID, and prepaid digital value products delivered as redeemable codes or direct credit. Product pages state what is being sold, the in-game value or denomination where applicable, region restrictions, and the delivery method.

Game titles, trademarks, and artwork belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated on a specific product page, SQRISE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by the publisher of any given title, and the availability of a payment method does not imply endorsement by that payment provider.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we begin fulfillment, and we may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment — for example where we suspect fraud or abuse, where content availability has changed, or where a pricing or listing error occurred. If we cancel an order that you have already paid, we refund the payment in full.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices, currency, and any applicable fees or taxes are shown before you confirm payment. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers; SQRISE does not store full card numbers or payment credentials. We may make certain payment methods available or unavailable per market.

6. Delivery and fulfillment

Delivery of digital content is described in the Fulfillment Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the player ID, server, and region submitted at checkout; content delivered to the player ID you submitted is treated as delivered to you.

7. Refunds

Cancellation and refund rules, including the point at which each product type stops being refundable, are set out in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have in your country of residence.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SQRISE to commit fraud; not to pay with methods you are not authorized to use; not to abuse chargeback processes in place of our support and refund procedures; and not to resell content where resale is prohibited. You are responsible for complying with the rules of the game or platform for which you purchase content.

9. Our website

The website is provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep information accurate and the service available, but we do not guarantee that the website is uninterrupted or error-free. We may update the website, catalog, and these Terms over time.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence. We prefer to resolve issues directly — contact support@sqrise.com first, and we will try to fix the problem before anything else is needed.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version and effective date at the top of this page tell you when they last changed. Changes apply to orders placed after the effective date.
