1. Scope & data controller

This policy explains how SQRISE collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our website, place an order, or contact us. The data controller is Dalian Zhengfangxing Information Technology Co., Ltd.（大连正方兴信息技术有限公司）, incorporated in the People’s Republic of China and based in Dalian, China. 2. Data we collect

  • Order data: the game title, product, price and currency, the player ID and server/region you submit for delivery, and your order’s status history.
  • Contact data: your email address and the information you include when you contact support or submit a partner inquiry (company, work email, website, markets, message).
  • Payment data: payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment and a payment reference; we do not store full card numbers or payment credentials.
  • Technical data: basic device and usage information (such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate region) used to keep the service secure and understand how the site is used.

3. How we use data & legal bases

We use personal data to process and deliver orders, to provide order status and customer support, to prevent fraud and abuse, to meet legal and accounting obligations, to respond to partner inquiries, and to operate and improve the website. We do not sell personal data.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract (to process and deliver your order and provide support); legal obligation (to meet tax, accounting, and record-keeping requirements); and legitimate interests (to secure the service, prevent fraud, and improve the site). The specific basis depends on the applicable law in your location.

4. Sharing

We share data only where needed to operate the service: with fulfillment channels, to the extent required to deliver content to the player ID you submitted; with payment providers, to process payments and handle disputes; with service providers such as hosting and email infrastructure; and with authorities where the law requires it.

5. International transfers

SQRISE is based in China and serves customers in Europe and North America, so personal data may be transferred to and processed in China, and in other countries where our service providers (such as hosting, email, and payment providers) operate. Where your data is transferred out of your home region, we rely on transfer mechanisms recognized under the applicable law — for example, standard contractual data-protection clauses with the receiving party — and limit the data transferred to what the purpose requires.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, by category:

  • Order & transaction records: retained for the period required to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations, and to resolve disputes, then deleted or anonymized.
  • Support & partner correspondence: retained while the matter is open and for a reasonable follow-up period afterwards.
  • Technical & security logs: retained for a short period for security, fraud-prevention, and diagnostic purposes.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@sqrise.com from the address used for your order; we may need to verify your identity before acting.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use only the cookies and similar technologies needed to run the site and understand aggregate usage. Our analytics are configured not to capture player IDs, payment credentials, passwords, or the contents of support messages.

9. Children

Our services are intended for users who meet the eligibility requirements in our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the version and effective date above tell you when it last changed. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
